Leather is marked and rubbed and split over all joints - covers are only held by cords and joints are fragile. Corners are bumped and well-scuffed. Title pages and frontis's are a little ragged, smudge marked and vol II frontis is tipped onto inside of front cover. Both front end-papers are missing, both rear end-papers are creased. Internal binding is sound, printer/publisher binding error with page 107/108 in Volume I printed back to front. Light foxing to pages facing plates but pages are otherwise clean and bright. There is minor worm damage on the lower margins of some pages in Volume II. Sixty-seven of the seventy plates described in the "Directions for Placing the Plates" are present, but not all in the described place, one being in the wrong volume. Two plates are fold out - the Temple of Solomon plate has significant creasing. Plates include a number of maps including one fold-out map ." The missing plate are Jacob, Herod and Pilate. Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.
Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. De boeken verkeren, behoudens de vermelde gebreken, in goede staat. Boeken die niet voldoen aan hetgeen de omschrijving suggereert, kunnen op onze kosten worden geretourneerd.

Over de prijzen wordt niet apart BTW berekend. Antiq. Van Starkenburg maakt gebruik van de zogenaamde marge-regeling voor de antiquarische en tweedehands boeken; de nieuwe boeken en uitgeversrestanten zijn inclusief 9 % BTW.
De prijzen zijn binnen Nederland exclusief 3,95 euro verzending.
De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de nota is voldaan. Hierbij wordt een betalingstermijn aangehouden van twee weken. De nota dient voldaan te worden op NL14INGB0005018645 te name van Antiquariaat van Starkenburg te Apeldoorn. De volgende afkortingen worden gehanteerd : lin = linnen band, hlin = halflinnen band, ing = ingenaaid boek (gebrocheerd, paperback), gekart = gekartonnnerd. Indien een stofomslag aanwezig is dan is zulks vermeld. Als een stofomslag te zwaar is beschadigd dan wordt het boek verkocht als zijnde zonder stofomslag. De beschadigde omslag wordt wel bijgeleverd. Overigens moet worden opgemerkt dat boeken niet altijd met stofomslag zijn uitgegeven.
